Ball Valve

A ball valve is a structure that opens and closes a spherical ball with a through-hole by rotating it 90 °. It is mainly used for opening and closing. Ball valves using soft rubber sheets, such as general rubber, can not be used at temperatures over 260 ° C, but ball valves for high temperature at 600 ° C have also been commercialized as the metal sheet structure has been developed. Manufacture of ball valves with high reliability at high temperatures due to low adhesion to balls and durability in high-temperature environment of metal sheet requires high technical perfection. Metal sheet ball valve has disadvantages that it is difficult to manufacture because it is difficult to manufacture, but it has a wide use range (high temperature, high pressure, slurry, powder, etc.)
