Application;

QGW*0C roller type shot blasting machine accrding to customer's requirements is a new type professional shot blasting machine. It's used to cleaningouter wall of steel pipe, steel rod. Through shot blasting process, not only reomve  the workpiece surface's rust,  oxide-scale, andgreen sand after casting, and also reduce workpiece's internal stress, improve workpiece's fatigue resistance, increase steel pipe, steel rod's corrosion resistant performance.



Advantages;

1.Blasting Chambers and the arrangement of blasting wheel have been confirmed after the computerthree-dimensionaldynamic simulation of projectile.

2.The machine adopts international newest sixth  directly-connected blast wheel ofSwiss GFtechnology, which improve cleaning efficiency, get satisfactory cleaning result.

3.The machine adoptsBE type separatorwith good separating effect and high productivity, and it plays positive role in lengthening the  lives of blades. 

4.Novel design, compact structure, makemaintenance convenient.

5.The roller adopting arrangement of V shape, rotation, and incline, make workpiece.
