owners and employees of the company ADECO have been
aware that without continual improvement of the quality of
our products and services they will not be able to position
themselves and to survive in a small, but very saturated
market of Serbia. Today, the quality of our products and
services can be compared with that of the top European
and international companies operating in the field of
production of engine and industrial oils, lubricants, fluids,
additives for fuels and related products. We believe that the
key factor of our success lies in constant communication
with our customers, enabling the identification of their
current and future needs. We need to recognize and prevent
any potential dissatisfaction of the users, promptly and
efficiently resolve any complaint or dispute. The knowledge
and qualifications of our employees are the foundation of
our success. All of our staff, and especially those who are
involved in communication with the users of our products,
need to work on their own development, expansion of their
knowledge and improvement of techniques they use in their
work.
