Coffin Boxes are available in a wide range in Pakistan and export
in many countries throughout the world. In our company, we
are manufacturing Coffin Boxes in different sizes and also using
different sort of wood for its creation. A large number of
professionals are working in the production department to ensure
the creation of coffin boxes to the best level of quality and
customers satisfaction.
Manufacturing process is carried out in a way that:
- Best quality wood is selected (wood type may differ)
- Pieces of wood are cut and finished to get assembled.
- Assembling is done first with small sized nails then the joints
are attached so it make it strong enough as it gets joined
twice.
- When it gets joined together, it gets finishing touch once
again.
- Then the quality controller checks the product and make sure
that the overall material, size and quality is upto the mark.
- After approval from the Quality controller, it get polished and
may be painted (as per demand)
- Finally a glass or transparent plastic (some customers in
Pakistan want plastic on the face sight area of the coffins opening
door instead of glass) is placed.
- Product gets ready to dispatch.

- Pine
- Oak
- Teak
- Hemlock
We are selling our coffin boxes in the local market and exporting
to other parts of the world as well. In case when we export the
coffin boxes, some customers request us to send them unassembled;
some customers order us the fully assembled but without glass; some
want painted and may be fully assembled with glass, polish and
paint too.
Our company focuses on the customers need. So we furnish the
request exactly as per demand.
Price of the Coffin box vary from the type of wood (e.g. the five
types of wood as written above, cheapest is the one, and hemlock is
the most expensive one. Price of pine and oak is not high and teak
is a bit higher than pine and oak but lower than hemlock)
Also, pricing depends on painted or unpainted, assembled or
unassembled, use of glass or plastic etc. But we supply our
customer the best thing and best quality as per order and we want
to satisfy the customer.
