Silicone ink Appliation

Suitable for most natural and synthetic fabrics, including elastic fabrics for these garments:

Sports wear, T-shirt , gloves,socks,sleepwear ,underwear,and so on.

• Excellent durability: Wash- and weather-resistance
• Color fastness: No color migration, even between red and white

• High elongation: Suitable for fabric with Lycra content
• Fast cure: ink sureface drying in 3 to 6 seconds at skin temperatures between 100-130°C
• Operation-friendly: Suitable viscosity and thixotropy for manual and machine screen printing
• Easily pigmented:color pigment adding ratio is 3 to 10 percent,if white color will be 10 to 20 percent
• Environmentally sound: Does not contain organotin, phthalate, formaldehyde, PVC or solvent,Non-toxic and odorless, food grade silicone

Silicone Ink Prepare Methods :

Mixed Color master batch: Using it when needing various colors.

For ink to be yellow: mixed with yellow color paste3%-10% to colors! sometimes can mix some white pigment together to get the yellow effect, the adding ratio is depends on the customers printed sample request.

Same process as for ink to blue , Red and other color ink!

For ink to be grey: add 3% of black color paste and 5% of white color paste , the adding ratio is depends on the customers printed sample request.

If need white color,the adding ratio is 10%-15%.

Silicone Ink Mix process :

1. Mixed 2-4% CATATLYST curing agent B Part into small amount of silicone ink A Part. 2. The curing agent should be mixed very well,Otherwise,some parts wont be cured. 3. could use thinner for decrease the viscosity,adding ratio 5%-15%,if too much the abrasiveness, durability and adhesion force will be reduce.,so have to test before production is required.

Silicone Ink Drying Methods :

1. According to different thickness of silicone ink, the curing time is different. Normal situation curing time is 50seconds with the temperature of 120-150degree

2.The actual temperature and time will depend on the printing thickness. Naturally drying without any heating is also workable,but should choose

our special fast drying silicone ink

storage:

Liquid silicone rubbers of the SOLLYD RG series have a shelf life of 12 months when stored at 5℃ to 35℃ sealed in the original containers.
