UK SOLLYD brand silicone applicable for screen printing, good performance of fastness and adhesion and no blocking the mesh
Synthesizing the advantages of the silicone: ECO-friendly, good textures, breathable, artistic.
Feature:
- Environmental protection. It has past the SGS test, according with ROHS and OEKO-TEX standards.
- Can matched out any colorful silicone by combined with pigments, and then screen print any colorful effect.
- Simple operation, can print out various kinds of effect, including glossy effect, matte effect, thick plate effect, no thickness effect, 3D effect, brush effect and so on.
- Have got the recognition from ADDIDAS, NIKE, POLO, ARMANI, DISNEY and other word famous brand.
Usage:
- Suitable for silk screen printing garment, socks, caps, ribbons by hand and auto machine and ribbon printing machine for anti-slip effect, waterproof effect and decorative effect. Applicable to cotton, polyester, spandex, leather and so on.
- Choose the proper silk screen mesh, workable for 118T mesh.
- In two components, combined with catalyst for using. Print and then heat to dry, drying temperature is about 100 to 120 , and drying time is about 60 seconds. The actual temperature and time will depend on the printing thickness. Naturally drying without any heating is also workable.

- White pigment: 25kg/ barrel
