Brief introduction 
The LDA single girder overhead crane is light duty hoisting equipment, and comprised of main beam, end carriage, electric hoist, electric power transmission device and cab. Its maximum lifting capacity is *0t, with span of 7.5m to *2.5m, and lifting height of 6m to *0m. In addition, special design is able to be provided according to your demand. 
Application 
1. Owing to the excellent features, LDA single girder overhead crane is able to meet the need of universal manufacture for light duty. The hoisting equipment is widely used in workshop, warehouse, factory, stock yard, etc. 
2. It is prohibited to use the LDA single girder overhead crane in the combustible, explosive or corrosive environment. 
Product detail 
1. The main girder is of welding structure of steel plate and I-steel. The unique technology, namely one-time formed U-shape groove, is applied in production of the main girder. This technology decreases the welding stress and weld fatigue, and contributes to the accuracy of the girder, the intensity of the whole crane and the apparent quality. All that contribute to strong, accurate and durable girders. 
2. The end carriage is connected with the main girder by dolts and nuts for easy transportation and installation. 
3. The electric hoist is used as the lifting mechanism. The inside motor features large overload capacity and high machinery intensity with low noise. With protection level of IP*4 or IP*5, and insulation class of B or E, it can meet the demand of general usage. 
There are single speed and dual-speed for choice. Normal lifting speed is applied for general usage, and dual speeds for accurate operation. The soft start motor and the frequency converter are available according to your demand. 
4. Main electric parts adopt the international brand Siemens or Schneider, or Chinese top brand, Chint, providing reliability and easy maintenance. 
5. Slide wire is comprised of rail way, sheath, conductor, hanging device, connector, retaining cap and end cover and used to transmit electric power. The slide wire features safety, durability, steady well adaptation and low electric loss and contributes to perfect performance. 
6. Gears, wheels and couplings are processed by medium-frequency technology, and have a great improvement in intensity, rigidity, and tenacity. 
7. Metal materials are processed by shot-blasting technology and reach Sa 2.5.

9. Three operational control methods are for choice, including pendant line with press , remote control and cabin control. 
 

Safety 
1. Weight overload protection device. Each electric hoist is furnished with a weight overload protection device, which will warn when the lifting weight actually overstep the rated weight.
2. Current overload protection device. The device shall cut off the power when the current overstep the rated figure to keep the machine from damage.
3. Emergency stop system. Once any emergency occurs, the system shall be started to stop all motions to avoid harm to staff or further loss.
4. Top quality polyurethane buffer. The buffer helps to stop the travelling mechanism softly and harmlessly.
