Roller pass through type shot blasting machine
This kind of shot blasting machine is suitable for processing large H-beam, Steel structure, etc. to eliminate internal stress, derust and burnish surface of work pieces.
1. Using Japan centrifugal blast wheel technology with a large flow volume, high velocity projectile which significantly improves the cleaning efficiency and offer a satisfactory cleaning quality.
2. Using computer-aided design (CAD) drawing, selection and arrangement of blasters is more reasonable.
Improve the projectile utilization and labor productivity, and ensure the cleaning effect, reduce the attrition for the chamber body protection plate.
3. Using Mn*3 rolled steel plate in chamber body, easy for replacement and with long lifespan.
4. Separator adopted BE full curtain separator technology of the U.S. Panbang En company, therefore has good separation effect.
5. Projectile control system using our homemade pneumatic control valve, simple and reliable for operation.
