Charcoal briquette machine is used to make different shapes of briquette from charcoal powder, we offer four kinds of briquette machines.Double roller briquette machine is used to make ball shape or pillow shape, pellet shape briquette, usually size from ****0 mm.Punch press charcoal
briquette machine is used to press hollow charcoal cylinder or honeycomb charcoal brick. Extruding charcoal briquette machine can be used to make stick shape charcoal products for bbq or shisha smoking. Charcoal tablet machine always used to make tablet or pill shape charcoal for shisha.
All the above machines' mold can be changed for other shapes, very convenient.

Steps of making charcoal briquette

1. crushing the raw charcoal to powder, size should less than 1 mm, 

2. make liqud binder for increasing the hardness of final briquette

3. mix the charcoal powder with liquid binder evenly

4. make different shapes charcoal briquette
