QM series single stage coal gas generator is the main equipment to
supply coal gas in machinery, metallurgy, light industry, chemistry
industry, refractory industry, etc. The coal gas generator is
equipped with single bucket elevator and double sealed immersion
bell to feed coal to the stove automatically. The wet type ash tray
for deslagging automatically. The gearing of fire grate is designed

Single stage coal gas generator is device to use coal as raw
material and produce coal gas for the gas consumption equipment.
The solid coal is fed from the top of stove, then move downwardly
with the operate of gasifier. At the moment the coal get to
countercurrent gasifying agent (air, steam) from the bottom stove,
they will be heated up by the high temperature gas which is
produced by the bottom stove fuel layer. By physical and chemical
reaction, coarse coal gas (the namely hot coal gas ) is produced.
After being dedusted by the dust cleaner, the coal gas could be
directly used by fuel burning equipment.
