Description

QM series single stage coal gas generator is the main equipment to supply coal gas in machinery, metallurgy, light industry, chemistry industry, refractory industry, etc. The coal gas generator is equipped with single bucket elevator and double sealed immersion bell to feed coal to the stove automatically. The wet type ash tray for deslagging automatically. The gearing of fire grate is designed outside the stove, which ensured the reliable operation, easy installation and maintenance. The water jacket and steam manifold of the gasifier are all strictly designed and inspected thoroughly to guarantee the quality. Steam produced by the gasifier is provided for the air blow in the bottom stove and fire hole steam sealed in the top stove. Therefore external steam is not required and heat consumption is

reduced.

1. The single stage coal gas generator adopt full set water jacket, high steam yield, stable pressure and easy to gasify.

2. The inner liner in the main body of our single stage coal gas generator is produced by *6mm thickness furnace steel plate, and the external liner is produced by *2mm thickness normal steel plate . Compared with other supplier, our coal generator has the advantage of oxidation proofing, corrosion proofing, high temperature resistance, long service year.

3. Our single stage coal gas generator is equipment with adjustable coal separating baffle and tapered coal separating machine, the combined used of the two devices ensure the uniform distribution and improve the efficiency of gasification.

Principle

Single stage coal gas generator  is device to use coal as raw material and produce coal gas for the gas consumption equipment. The solid coal is fed from the top of stove, then move downwardly with the operate of gasifier. At the moment the coal get to countercurrent gasifying agent (air, steam) from the bottom stove, they will be heated up by the high temperature gas which is produced by the bottom stove fuel layer. By physical and chemical reaction, coarse coal gas (the namely hot coal gas ) is produced. After being dedusted by the dust cleaner, the coal gas could be directly used by fuel burning equipment.
