Feeding System

Drinking System
Drinking system is one of the most important systems in life support of birds. TEXHA provides their Cage Equipment for Breeders
Housing with simple, reliable, and effective drinking system.
Drinking System Components:
- Water treatment unit, which includes water meter, medicator, filter for mechanical water cleaning, manometers, stop valves
- Water distribution system which enables pressure control in the drinking system
- Drinking lines
The drinking system is equipped with tanks with float valves. It can be equipped with pressure controllers if needed.
Each cage has 6 nipple drinking bowls with V-shaped drop-catchers, which are installed under nipples. It is possible to choose
a type of nipple drinking bowl.
The nipple drinking bowls are installed in the pipe *2x*2 mm by means of special equipment, what provides the high-qualitative
installation and prevents water leak in the joining areas. Non-using of glue contributes into high water quality.
TEXHA’s drinking system provides exact dosing of medicine. The water meter allows controlling the water consumption. The
manometers are located so it is possible to control the filter condition. After going through the water treatment unit water does
not contact with metal details of equipment what prevents its contamination with metal oxides.

Manure Evacuation System
The manure evacuation system in TEXHA’s Cage Equipment for Breeders Housing enables fast and qualitative manure removing. The
system’s drive is powerful, simple, reliable, and durable.
The longitudinal manure evacuation belts are cleaned by scrapers made from wear-resistant material. It enables fast and qualitative
manure evacuation onto diametrical transporter. Manure removal is done by electric motor from all tiers simultaneously. Manure is
removed by the inclined transporter and loaded on vehicle. The inclined transporter may be covered with galvanized shield, if it is
cold climate zone.
The air humidity while manure evacuation is up to *5 %. Timely manure evacuation and right manure consistence don’t let the
excessive ammonia and water evaporation. It contributes into favorable climate in the poultry house.

Manure Evacuation System Components:
- Polypropylene Manure Evacuation Belt
- Driving Station, which drives and controls belt position (one driving station per each battery)
- Adjuster Station (one adjuster station per each battery), which stretches the belt. The adjuster station construction includes
screw-shaped adjuster shaft, which cleans the belt from the inside
- The diametrical transporter with fabric and rubber belt for evacuation of manure from poultry house
- The inclined transporter with fabric and rubber belt for manure loading onto vehicle

Egg Gathering System
The egg gathering system of TEXHA’s Cage Equipment for Breeders Housing provides labor reducing while egg gathering and
sorting, meeting of biological safety requirements, poultry stress reducing. Either lift or elevator egg gathering system may be
used in TEXHA’s Cage Equipment for Breeders Housing.
Components of Lift Egg Gathering System:
- Longitudinal belt transporter
- Diametrical transporter with lift mechanism
- Inclined egg gathering transporter and roll-table. The elevator egg gathering system includes universal elevator for egg gathering and laying onto egg transporting system. One elevator is installed at each battery. It can be included into general line of eggs transporting.
