CONCEALED SPRINKLER

1.Usage

This sprinkler is nice appearance,decorative bottom cover can be combined with condole top,therefore is mainly

used in decoration luxury, high cosmetic requirements places, such as hotels, restaurants and bars, dance

halls and other public places.

2.Features

1.This sprinkler is make up by pendent sprinkler,inner and outer garment, bottom cover.In the process of fire, the bottom cover and the inner garment fusible alloy melt first,bottom cover automatically break away from the inner garment,splashing water plate weight down.When the environment temperature reaches the rated operating temperature of the glass ball, glass ball is broken, and then sprinkling.

2.Sprinkler nozzle structure compact, good appearance, shield has 10 mm to adjust volume, has a certain impact resistance.

3.Thermal sensitivity agree with exposed type nozzle, plate cover with copper plating, chrome plating and coating for selection.

4.Installation, use and maintenance

1.Use concealed sprinkler special wrench to install,ensure that the nozzle seal tightening torque is 10 ~ 20 n. m,

and no more than 29 N.m, more can't pull screw nozzle supporting arm, otherwise it will make the nozzle

deformation and leakage.

2.The nozzle and the pipe joint, should increase sealing filler in the taper pipe thread surface, if the sprinkler

installation cannot seal, absolutely not allowed add casing on the wrench to installation.Please check whether

the pipe fitting is qualified (our company produces the qualified nozzle all through the thread detection).

3.Install place should be at a distance with high temperature heat source.

4.The sprinkler installed when using, should avoid glass ball and frame by the impact.

5.Ordering instruction

When ordering, please indicate the sprinkler model, and the glass ball diameter and temperature level.
