Main description:

 

The automatic dry powder filling machine is a new type of automatic 
dry powder filling machine. It is featured with automatic powder suction and automatic filling, 
and can fill various handheld extinguishers. 
The filter that is the main part of the machine is made of ultra-high molecular material and thus 
is durable. The machine is equipped with an automatic filter cleaning device, so frequent filter 
replacement is not required. It has vibration function, which enables the filling of ultra-fine dry powder. 
It is suitable for mass production of various dry powder extinguishers.

 

The GMF-F automatic dry powder filling machine adopts vacuum jet technology to rapidly suck dry powder 
into it and then to directly fill the dry powder into the cylinder of an extinguisher. The filter in the filling machine 
contains three filtering processes. The machine has such advantages as small size, convenient movement, 
simple and direct-viewing operation, and no environmental pollution, etc.

 

The GMF-F automatic dry powder filling machine adopts a weighing instrument with new generation components 
and multi-function dedicated integrated circuits for metering, which has the advantages of rapid response, stable display, 
and good hand feeling, etc. The filling interval (the time from the completion of filing one cylinder to the starting of 
filling another cylinder ) can be freely adjusted (between 0 and *0 seconds) on the time relay according to the 
operators’ degree of proficiency.
